As the Weather Hot's Up, so does the Real Estate on the Mid-North Coast!

Nambucca Heads has seen a bumper holiday season with loads of families enjoying the river, beaches, taverns and restaurants. We have watched the camper vans, boats, surf skis etc etc making their way through the town to arrive at their chosen holiday accommodation.

The beautiful Nambucca River is sporting many craft at the moment - fishing boats, paddle boards, jet skis and kayaks to name a few and once the day draws to a close – the local watering holes/eateries are bursting at the seams!.

It appears that the recent shark attack in Nambucca has not scared away the swimmers and luckily enough the hungry big fish have not returned – yet …… ( I say this as my partner just made me sit through JAWS 2 – nothing more to say about that seventies “torture”).

Local shops have also been lapping up the extra trade that tourism brings to our wonderful region. Our little shopping strip boasts some fabulous clothes boutiques, quirky shops for the unusual and beaut cafes.

Real Estate in Nambucca has been chugging along with plenty of buyers about. With all of the media attention on the property market cycles etc; have you been trying to make sense of the Nambucca Valley property prices?

“We are seeing a lot of activity, there has been a notable rise in sales prices in the area over the last 18 months to two years, along with the rest of the nation."

The significantly reduced travelling times and improved road safety are said to have contributed to a demand for residential and rural sites near the highway and it has indeed helped with an increase of buyers from Coffs and also buyers from all up and down the coast finding Nambucca more accessible now”.
